NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

Police have arrested two people for their alleged involvement in an Oct. 21 shooting.

The NOPD booked 20-year-old Alvin Gentry with obstruction of justice and 26-year-old Theresa Hebert with aggravated battery by shooting.

At around 4:30 p.m., officers responded to a call about a shooting on Fourth Street. The victim was shot in the neck and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

During the investigation, detectives learned that the victim and the suspects were involved in an argument that turned violent. At some point, police say Hebert shot the victim in the neck.
