NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a fatal accident on Sept. 13.
Police say Errol Roberts, 56, was driving a car on the top of U.S. 90B, when for some reason, he lost control of the vehicle and struck the cement guard rail.
Roberts was thrown from the car, but his car and passenger went over the side. Lena McClain, 47, died in the crash.
Police say toxicology reports found that Robert's blood alcohol level was well over the legal limit. The initial reports showed it was .27 grams. The legal limit is .080
Police arrested Roberts Thursday in Jefferson Parish. He faces vehicular homicide charges in Orleans Parish.
