Police arrest man accused of road rage attack

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

New Orleans police arrested a man accused of beating and paralyzing a tourist on the edge of the French Quarter.

Officers say Christopher Smith, 30, injured Doug David after an apparent road rage incident at Frenchmen Street and Decatur Street.

Smith was booked with one count of second-degree battery. No bond has been set.
