NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

New Orleans Police released a picture of a woman who they think has critical information about a robbery in the Holy Cross neighborhood.

It happened in the 1000 block of Lizardi Street around 8:40 p.m. on October 5. Police say the victim told them she was walking to a nearby convenience store with an acquaintance she only knows as "Woody." Police say the victim claims Woody snatched $26 out of her hand and took off.

Investigators believe the woman in the picture they released may have more information about the simple robbery.  If you have any information that can help police, you're urged to call Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111.
