Suspect sought in Veteran's Day murder in Houma

TERREBONNE PARISH, LA (WVUE) -

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office has identified a suspect a Nov. 11 murder of a man in Houma.

Deputies say 30-year-old Terrence D. Moore is wanted for first-degree murder. They believe he killed Ernest Sims as Sims was getting out of his vehicle in the driveway of his home on Mozart Drive. Investigators identified Moore as a suspect after getting information that they say connects him to the murder.

Anyone who has information about the Veteran’s Day murder, or knows where Moore is should call the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s office or Crimestoppers.
