NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A woman collecting tickets for a parking lot in the CBD was robbed of her toll booth tickets by an armed man Tuesday morning, according to an initial police report.
The 55-year-old victim was going back to her toll booth in the 300 block of LaSalle Street around 8:45 a.m. when she was approached from behind by the perpetrator.
The gunman ran up behind the woman and she fell down, dropping the toll booth tickets.
Police say the perpetrator pointed a gun at the victim, grabbed the tickets and ran away.
