NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Severe weather complicates matters for UPS workers who already admit they're having trouble keeping up with holiday season delivery demands.
UPS warned customers Wednesday that no pickups or deliveries would happen in parts Nebraska and South Dakota because of bad weather. A similar warning about operations in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming went out Tuesday.
UPS has not said whether stormy conditions will prevent some holiday packages from getting to their destinations on time. On-time delivery rates dropped six percent last week because of high shipping volume.
