New Orleans police investigating three Sunday night, non-fatal shootings

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans police are investigating three separate Sunday night shootings that left three people injured. 

The first incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 4200 block of Washington Avenue. Police say that a man suffered a gunshot wound to the right arm and was brought to the hospital via private conveyance. 

The second incident also occurred around 9 p.m., according to police. A man was found in the 2100 block of Lizardi Street suffering from gunshot wounds to both legs. He was also brought to a local hospital via private conveyance.  

The third incident occurred around 9:04 p.m. near the intersection of Downman Road and Chef Menteur Highway. In that incident a female was shot to the left leg, according to police.
