NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

After suffering a 35-27 loss to the Detroit Lions, Monday night, the New Orleans Saints were looking to rebound in their final home game of the season.

The Saints did just that with a 38-27 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, Sunday in the Mercedes Benz Superdome.

Drew Brees led the Saints (6-9) with 412 yards and three touchdowns on 25-of-36 passing. Tim Hightower finished with 27 carries for 122 yards and a pair of scores.

The Jaguars (5-10) were led by Blake Bortles who completed 27-of-35 passes for 368 yards and four touchdowns.

The Saints will close out the regular season Sunday with a road contest against division-rival Atlanta. Kickoff is set for noon.
