NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A man wanted in connection with a December 23rd murder turned himself it at police headquarters this morning.
Isaac Harris, a 21, was arrested and charged with second degree murder in the killing of 23-year-old Anthony Chambers.
Harris surrendered himself to homicide detectives at police headquarters Monday morning.
At approximately 12:48 a.m. on December 23, police responded to a call of a man shot. When they arrived, officers found the victim, later identified as Chambers, shot on the front porch of the house.
EMS arrived, but Chambers died at the scene.
