NOPD investigates two overnight shootings

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police are investigating two overnight shootings.

The most recent incident happened around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of Elysian Fields and Decatur Street.

A man was shot in the leg. There is currently no information on his condition.

About three hours earlier, a man was shot at I-10 and South Broad Street.

Investigators found a Honda Accord with bullet holes in a Burger King parking lot at Tulane and South Carrollton Avenues.

Police say the victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
