NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

Former New Orleans juvenile court judge Yolanda King will face sentencing February 18.

According to our partners at Nola.com|The Times-Picayune, Judicial administrator Robert Kazik confirmed Friday the new sentencing date. King's December 3 sentencing date was postponed because of a death in her family.

King faces up to five years in prison for falsifying public records and filing fraudulent campaign documents before her 2013 election. She was accused of claiming residency in New Orleans on qualifying paperwork when she lived in St. Tammany Parish.
