The Pelicans' 114-99 win over the Timberwolves was not without loss as shooting guard Eric Gordon left the game late in the third quarter clutching his right hand after a collision with Timberwolves big man Nemanja Bjelica.

After the game Alvin Gentry said the injury is a fracture in Gordon's right ring finger, his shooting hand. There is no timetable for his return.

In his fifth season in New Orleans, the Indiana product is averaging 15 points per game on 40.9% shooting from the field, including 37.5 percent from three-point range.
