Mock drafts give Saints numerous options

(WVUE) - With the numerous prospects working out at the Senior Bow in Mobile, mock drafts are heating up with where they will land. Here's a look at some of the major websites thoughts on who the Saints will pick in the first round.

NFL.com has three writers prognosticating on who the Saints will take in late April.

Lance Zierlein predicts the black and gold will take North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz. With Drew Brees' contract close to it's end, never a bad option.

Bucky Brooks goes defense for the Saints with Alabama defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson. This would seem more realistic with so many holes on the defensive side of the ball. Robinson is a 6'4", 312-pound beast on the line.

Daniel Jeremiah takes his focus to the secondary with Clemson corner Mackensie Alexander. The Saints learned you could never have enough bodies in the secondary.

Mel Kiper of ESPN also goes with the massive Robinson playing for the Who-Dats. ESPN's other "draft expert" Todd McShay, stays on the defensive line with Robinson's teammate Jarran Reed.

The NFL Draft is April 28-30 in Chicago.
