NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

All eyes on Canal Street as crews battled a 6-alarm fire in the Central Business District. "Canal Street" took the number 6 spot on Twitter Wednesday as locals tweeted about the heavy smoke and flames.

The New Orleans Fire Department got the call just before 3:30 a.m. Canal Street between Rampart and Burgundy is expected to be closed for hours in both directions until crews can get things under control. For the latest information, click here

The Wait is Ova

"The wait is ova" as Rihanna would say in her "Wait Your Turn" song from her fourth studio album "Rated R."

Fans can now finally jam out to new music from the hit star. She debuted "Work" featuring Drake, Wednesday on Elvis Duran's Z100 radio show. It's the first single from her long-awaited upcoming album, "Anti." Rihanna told fans via Twitter in October 2014 that she was working on her eighth album.

Clearly, that didn't happen because the album's release date was pushed back several times. There were rumors of a release in September, November and December in 2015. Are we finally getting what we've been waiting for?  E! News reports Rihanna and Drake shot a new music video at an L.A. area mall.

The two previously joined forces in 2010 on "What's My Name" and in 2011 on "Take Care." Will this one be a hit, too? Will the new album drop this week?

Rihanna's "Anti World Tour" kicks off on February 26th in San Diego. Her last stop will be on August 12th in Zurich, Switzerland.
