A wedged 18-wheeler is snarling pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the French Quarter.
The truck tried to make a turn Wednesday afternoon at the corner of Barracks and Burgundy, but couldn't squeeze through.
The trailer got hung up on a building at the intersection as the driver was turning onto Barracks towards the river.
New Orleans police said they did not have information on the truck or the driver, but sources say he was cited for the accident and there were no injuries.
It has been stuck at the intersection for at least three hours. A tow truck was en route to move the semi around 4 p.m.
