NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Despite bright sunshine, temps struggled into the mid 50s Thursday. However, brisk north winds are making it feel much colder and viewing any of tonight's parades will require the heavy coats and scarves.
Friday will stay sunny and, with less wind, it will feel warmer as highs approach 60. A weak upper disturbance will bring some clouds for Saturday, but no rain is expected. Highs will be slightly cooler because of the filtered sunshine.
Sunday may be the warmest day for parades with plenty of sun & highs in the 60s. Colder air returns for Monday and Tuesday along with brisk north winds. Highs both days will struggle to top 50, but there will be no rain.
