Two men injured following Uptown shooting

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans police are investigating an Uptown shooting that left two men injured. The incident occurred Tuesday around 4:45 p.m. in the 1400 block of St. Charles Avenue.

According to police, the victims were shot in the leg and ankle. Their injuries are considered non-life threatening.

Police say that detectives have a man in custody and are questioning him for his possible involvement in the incident.
