NOLA Beans coffee shop robbed at gunpoint

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

A Lakeview coffee shop is the latest business in New Orleans to be robbed at gunpoint.

According to preliminary reports from NOPD, an unknown black male entered NOLA Beans through the backdoor Saturday night around 8 p.m. The unidentified robber pulled out a gun and demanded an employee take him to the safe and give him the cash within. The employee complied and the subject fled on foot into the 700 block of Harrison Avenue.
