NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

Anthony Davis missed Saturday night’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves after spraining his right big toe during pregame warmups

Following the game, Pelicans Head Coach Alvin Gentry talked about the injury, telling NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune, ''I don't think it's going to be one of those deals where he's going to be 100 percent, but I do think that more than likely we'll rest him and I'm assuming that he'll be able to play in the next couple of days,'' Gentry said. ''It's one of those deals where I'm not quite too sure the extent of how it will affect him, but we expect for him to come back and play.''

Davis listed as day-to-day. This is the seventh game he's missed this season due to injury.
