Your Weather Authority: Flash flood watch issued for southeast Louisiana, parts of Mississippi

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for several parts of Southeastern Louisiana as severe weather moves across the state.

The following parishes are now under a Flash Flood Warning until  8 p.m., March 10: Lafourche, St. Charles, Washington, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Livingston, Assumption, St. James, St. John the Baptist, Terrebonne, St. Helena and Ascension. Walthall County in Mississippi is also under a Flash Flood Warning.
