Weather threat alters SLU baseball weekend series

HAMMOND, LA (WVUE) -

With the potential threat of severe weather in the area tomorrow, Southeastern Louisiana moved back their series with Incarnate Word until Saturday.

The first game of the series will now start at 5 p.m. Saturday. On Sunday the teams will play a doubleheader. First game is at noon, and the second game on Sunday will be 45 minutes after the completion of the first contest.

Season ticket holders are asked to use Saturday's ticket for the Saturday game. Sunday, fans can use either Friday or Sunday's ticket. A doubleheader ticket will be sold and the stadium will not be cleared between games.

The Lions are 7-6 on the season.
