ST. TAMMANY PARISH, LA (WVUE) -

The St. Tammany Parish Government has shut down several road due to flooding in Folsom, Covington, Sun, Madisonville and Bush.

As of 2:00 p.m. on March 12, the following roads are closed due to flooding:

Folsom

  • Highway 107 from Hwy 1078 to Robinson Road
  • Jim Talley Road from Hwy 16

Covington

  • Cherokee Rose Lane from West side of Hwy 21
  • Starbrush Circle from West side of Hwy 21
  • Magnolia Lane from Riverwood Subdivision (North end)
  • Belle Terre from Riverwood Subdivision
  • Belle Terre at Laurelwood, High Water
  • Zinnia Drive North of Flowers Estates from Camellia to Azalea and Iris Drives
  • Magnolia Lane from Riverwood East Subdivision North of Belle Terre
  • Rhonda Court from Riverwood East Subdivision
  • Azalea Drive Flowers Estates South from Intersection of Hyacinth and Magnolia 
  • Country Club
  • Tchefuncte Drive, Back Portion of Road
  • 2 Cherokee Lane from East 31st to East 30th Avenue
  • Horse Branch Road from Curve South of Penn Mill
  • Old Hwy 190 to Goodbee
  • Capistrano Ct. to Bellamore Street

Sun

  • Hwy 21 from Hwy 41 to Hwy 16

Madisonville

  • Hwy 22 West from Parish line

Bush

  • Hwy 16 to Jim Talley
