BATON ROUGE, LA (WVUE) -

Possible No. 1 overall NBA draft pick Ben Simmons plans to sign with the LeBron James-funded Klutch Sports agency for his pro representation, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

Rich Paul of Klutch Sports will serve as Simmons' agent.

The LSU freshman phenom's collegiate career is over after his team decided against playing in the NIT. LSU finished a disappointing 19-14, ending their season by getting blasted by Texas A&M 71-38.

The report also pointed out Simmons' older sister, Emily Bush, has been a marketing/branding employee of Klutch since 2014. She is based in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Her hiring came shortly after James and Paul started recruiting Simmons as a potential future client.

Simmons will train in either Cleveland or Los Angeles in the pre-draft process, according to Wojnarowski.
