The Flash Flood Watches issued by the National Weather service for Southeast Louisiana have expired.
The National Weather Service put out a Flash Flood Watch for St. Tammany, St. James, St. John the Baptist, Lafourche, St. Charles, Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, Terrebonne and Tangipahoa parishes just after 8 a.m. Sunday morning.
These watches expired at 2 p.m.
More rain is expected to move through the area until about 4 or 5 p.m.
