After a rainy Easter Sunday, the system and front that brought the rain is now to our east.
The cold front has cleared the remaining cloud cover out for this afternoon. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70's. Don't plan on the sunshine sticking around for long as moisture will quickly return to the area by early Tuesday morning. We will likely wake up in the 50's north of the lake where the skies remain mostly clear and the low 60's south of the lake where clouds start to move in.
A mix of sun and clouds is expected for Tuesday, then rain becomes more likely Tuesday night and into Wednesday. Heavy rain and strong storms are possible Wednesday and Thursday before finally tapering by Friday afternoon. No cold air expected anytime soon with highs staying in the 70's through the weekend.
