Erin Romney, owner of Romney Pilates joins Workout Wednesday with an up to beat cycling exercise.  See full video above.

Romney Pilates offers a RIDE cycling is a rhythmic, empowering, full-body cycling experience.  Set in a dark room, this music driven class will take you through speed drills, heavy climbs, fun choreography, upper body and core segments all while listening to some inspirational instruction and motivating music.

This cycling routine is normally a 50 minute class.
