Man and woman killed in Kenner double murder

KENNER, LA (WVUE) -

A man and a woman were killed early Monday morning in Kenner.

Kenner Police Department investigators are on the scene of the shooting in the 2100 block of Idaho Avenue.

Authorities have identified the victims as Dawn Scott, 28 and Raynell Kimbrough, 31.

There were three children in the house at the time of the shooting. Their ages were 5-years-old, 2-years-old and an infant, that was in the bed when the two were killed.

None of the children were harmed in the shooting, police say.

A gold vehicle was seen fleeing the scene.
