Police need help identifying the suspect in a Carrollton neighborhood armed robbery

The NOPD is asking for public’s help in finding and identifying three suspects who are wanted in connection to an armed robbery in the Carrollton neighborhood.

The incident happened April 6, about 6:45 a.m. in the 7300 block of Sycamore Street.

Police say when officers arrived a male victim told them that an unknown male approached his truck window and pulled out a handgun demanding money and his car keys.

Another unknown male stood near the truck as an accomplice. The victim complied, then pushed the suspect away from the truck and fled the scene. The suspect was seen getting into a small black sedan driven by another unknown subject.

The first suspect was described as a black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 200 lbs. and wearing a grey long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and a yellow long-sleeved shirt over his face. The second suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 120 lbs. with dark-colored clothing and medium-length dreadlocks. The third suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 160 lbs.
