NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans police are investigating two Sunday armed robberies, according to overnight reports.
The first incident occurred at 5:33 p.m. near the intersection of Loyola Avenue and Poydras Street.
The victim, a 53-year-old man, was approached by a suspect, described as a black male on a bike.
The suspect pulled gun and demanded the victim's money and cell phone.
The victim complied suspect fled.
The second incident occurred at 6:47 p.m. near the intersection of Pauger and Burgundy Streets.
The victims, a 28-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, were approached by three suspects, described as black males. Two of the suspects were armed with guns.
They demanded the victims' belongings.
The victims complied and the perpetrators fled.
