NOPD searching for Burgundy Street armed robbery suspects

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

New Orleans police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding three suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in the 600 block of Burgundy on April 7.

 The incident occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m., the victims were approached by one of the suspects, who demanded their property.

The victims reported the subject was holding an object in his hand next to his waistband that they believed to be a handgun.

Two additional white male suspects stood behind the victims and acted as lookouts during the incident.

The victims complied with the perpetrator’s demands and all three suspects fled in the direction of Canal Street.
