NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

Construction crews have made progress on the St. Jude Dream Home. Workers say they're only 30 days away from completing the project.

The living room area's fireplace is complete and waiting on a custom mantel. French doors are ready to be installed in the front of the home. The ceiling is about 17 feet high. The staircase is one of the major drawing points. It curves up to the second floor. Iron work and wood will finish this piece of art.

It's almost time to cook in the kitchen. The cabinets are installed. The dining room has columns built into the wall and an pretty architectural ceiling. The master bedroom on the second floor has beams in the ceiling, and it's a large space. the master bath shows off dark paint in grey-blue tones that makes the white molding pop.

This is a 2,800 square foot house with beautiful details. You have until Friday to buy a ticket  to get a chance at the house and a Honda Civic LX. There's a link to purchase tickets on our website. Fox8live.com.
