NOPD looks for suspects in Algiers burglary

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans police ask for the public’s help identifying and locating multiple people wanted into connection with an Algiers business burglary.

The incident occurred Sunday at 11:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of General DeGualle Avenue.

According to police, surveillance cameras recorded two people go into the business through a locked rear door. A tool was used to pry the door open.

The suspects took a safe and checkbooks from the business.
