NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A FOX 8 viewer witnessed a sink hole that opened up on Constantinople St. between Tchoupitoulas St. and the Mississippi River.
This is about four blocks toward downtown from Napoleon Ave.
Witnesses say the street was flooded Thursday morning from what they believe was a broken pipe.
When a crew got on the scene and began repair work, the sinkhole began to appear.
There are no reports of injuries.
