(WVUE) - The maker of the Snap-on brand of tools recalled 129,000 ratcheting tie downs because the handles can fail, releasing the secured load.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the items were sold exclusively at Sam's Club stores nationwide, between May and September 2015. The recalled tie downs were sold in packs of four, for about $20.
So far, the agency received one complaint about the handle failing, causing a heavy load to fall from the bed of a pickup truck.
Customers can return the recalled items to Sam's Club for a full refund. Click here for more information.
