David: Rain moving out, sun moving in

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Drier air is beginning to work into the air and shutting down our rain chances. There will be a slight chance for a shower or two overnight and on Tuesday. Otherwise, look for gradually clearing skies during the day Tuesday with all rain ending.

A cold front brings a drop in temperatures and humidity on Wednesday. Skies will clear and will remain sunny for the rest of the week. Overnight lows will be in the 50's north and west of the lake and in the 60's around the city.

Rain stays out of the forecast until next week. Enjoy the dry change!
