NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -
Our string of dry, sunny weather will last the rest of the week. Tonight will be chilly for May with some lows flirting with the 40s on the North Shore. 50s elsewhere except for some readings around 60 near the Lake.
The weekend looks dry and warmer with highs well into the 80s. There may be a few fair weather clouds by Sunday.
Early next week, look for more clouds and humidity. There's a chance for a few light showers off and on beginning on Monday. However, no major storm systems are in our future. It looks like that summer like feeling starts to kick in next week.
