NOPD looks for New Orleans East shoplifting suspects

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police ask for the public's help identifying and locating three people wanted in two separate shoplifting incidents at the same place.

Police said both incidents happened at Walgreens in the 4200 block of Chef Menteur Highway. The first happened on April 10 and the second on May 10.

Police said at about 3:05 p.m. on April 10, a man walked to a Walgreen's and went to the soap isle, grabbed several packs of Dove soap from the shelf and walked out of the store without paying for them.

Then on Tuesday, police said a man and woman walked to the store's soap aisle and took several bars of Dove and fled from the store in an unknown vehicle. The two people are also suspected of stealing items from the store twice before.

Anyone with information about who they are, or where they may be, is asked to call Third District Detectives at (504) 658-6030 or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111.
