Tulane student charged in Uptown burglaries to be treated out of state

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

A Tulane student accused in three Uptown home invasions will transfer to a Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation halfway house, according to a report on NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.

Oliver Jerde has been undergoing mental health and addiction treatment Harvey but will be transferred to a facility in Missouri.

Jerde was arrested in connection with burglaries and home invasions on Pine and Lowerline streets Uptown in January.
