A judge wants the man suing Saints and Pelicans owner Tom Benson to go to arbitration.
According to our partners at Nola.com|The Times-Picayune, a judge ordered Benson's former personal assistant Wednesday to take his discrimination and backpay complaints to arbitration with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
Rodney Henry worked for Benson for decades. He filed a federal lawsuit against Benson, Benson's wife and the Saints, claiming racial discrimination and harassment. He wants backpay for what he considers long hours on the job.
The Bensons call Henry's claims "ridiculous accusations."
