NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - With one swing of the bat, the New Orleans Zephyrs found themselves on the wrong side of the scoreboard. Todd Glaesmann's grand slam in the second inning provided all the offense the Reno Aces needed in a 4-1 win over the New Orleans Zephyrs on Tuesday night.
A two-out error by Austin Nola loaded the bases and kept the inning alive for Glaesmann, whose fly ball to left nestled inside the foul pole and barely cleared the wall for his second career grand slam.
All four runs charged to Z's starter Jarred Cosart (1-3) were unearned.
