METAIRIE, LA (WVUE) -

Jefferson Parish detectives are investigating a series of business burglaries committed over a 10-month period.

The thefts have taken place in the industrial business park located on L&A Road in Metairie.

On February 15, 2015, the businesses of the Jesuit High School baseball field at 100 Blue Jay Way and Anthony's Landscaping at 300 L&A Road were burglarized. These same businesses have been burglarized several times during the past 10 months.

The Jesuit facility was burglarized again Wednesday last night.

While investigators have yet to determine a pattern, they are confident the crimes have been committed by the same person. They believe the suspect is acting alone.

The suspect is described as a black make with a thin build. with brown eyes and facial hair.

Anyone with information about these incidents, or who may know the identity of the suspect, is asked to contact our Burglary/Theft Section at 504-364-5300 or CRIMESTOPPERS.
