NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Governor John Bel Edwards' signature makes it illegal to sell or transport fetal tissue from an abortion in Louisiana.

The legislation stems from outcry over undercover videos released by an anti-abortion group. The group said the videos showed Planned Parenthood officials discussing the sale of aborted fetal body parts in other states.
