NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

The maker of a mattress pad sold exclusively at Bed Bath & Beyond recalled about 4,700 Wamsutta-branded pads because they violate federal flammability standards.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the recall impacted all sizes of "Wamsutta Dream Zone" cotton 800 thread count mattress pads. Consumers should look for style number 266BB and manufacture date between August 2015 and January 2016; the information is printed on a label attached to the side of the pad.  The recalled pads were sold at Bed, Bath & Beyond stores nationwide and through the company's website, for $110-$170.

Hollander Sleep Products, the mattress pads' manufacturer, said consumers should call the company at 800-233-7666 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. CDT for instructions about receiving a refund.
