NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police are investigating a Monday night shooting, according to initial reports.
The incident occurred shortly after 10 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a call about a shooting in the 1600 block of Gentilly Boulevard.
Two men, ages 20 and 19, were walking in the area when a suspect, described as a black male, came out from behind a house and started shooting at them.
Both men were shot.
They were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
There is no additional information available about the victim's condition or a motive for the shooting.
