Police seek persons of interest in Lower Ninth Ward fatal shooting

Police seek persons of interest in Lower Ninth Ward fatal shooting

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans police have named two persons of interest wanted in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred in the Lower Ninth Ward. The incident occurred on March 18, 2016 in the 4800 block of North Dorgenois Street. 

According to police, investigators determined that Keya Alexis and Claude "Tap" Taplette may have information pertaining to the incident. Police say that Alexis and Taplette are not considered suspects in the investigation.
