NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police are investigating three weekend armed robberies, according to initial reports.

The first incident occurred just after 9 p.m. Saturday night in the 200 block of Crozat Street.

The victim, a 14-year-old juvenile, was approached by the suspect who forced him inside a vehicle.

The arrested subject, identified as Antoine Jones, 25, demanded cash from the victim.

The victim complied and gave the Jones $75.

Jones was later arrested.

The second incident occurred at 10:41 p.m. in the 3100 block Rue Parc Fontaine.

The victims, two men, were working on a vehicle when an armed suspect, described as a black male, approached them.

He demanded they empty their pockets. The victims complied.

The suspect fled with a wallet containing $8.

The third incident occurred Sunday morning at 9:40 in the  3600 block Desire Parkway.

The victim, a 72-year-old man was approached by two suspects, described as black males, who demanded his wallet and his cellphone from the inside of his vehicle.

The victim complied and both suspects fled the location on foot
