Who Dat Making Headlines: 'Charmed' actress shaves head amid breast cancer, 'Back to the Future' surprise performance

Who Dat Making Headlines

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Shannen Doherty shares emotional pictures online as she battles breast cancer.

The "Charmed" actress went public with her diagnosis last August after she filed a lawsuit against her former business manager. Doherty accused her manager of not paying her health insurance premiums and caused a lapse in coverage.

Tuesday, the 45-year-old posted a series of black and white photos taking fans through the steps of her shaving her head. In one picture, she is being hugged by her mother Rosa Doherty. In another, friend Anne Marie Kortright takes a photo as the actress shaves her hair.

Fans on social media responded with well wishes.

Takin' it to St. Tropez for a good cause

Big names hit up St. Tropez Wednesday to support actor Leonardo Dicaprio. The Oscar winner held his third annual charity gala for his environmental foundation. Kevin Spacey, Mariah Carey, Chris Rock, and Robert De Niro are just a few celebrities in attendance.

There's no doubt that Dicaprio knows who to invite when it comes to raising funds. Together, they raised $45 million dollars for environmental awareness efforts and research for climate change.

A portion of the money will be donated to families of the victims and survivors of the terror attack in Nice, France last week.

The Weeknd, Lana del Rey and Andrea Bocelli performed for the star-studded event.

Blast From the Past

Coldplay takes fans "Back to the Future" with a surprise musical guest.

Front man Chris Martin called it a "dream come true" to have actor Michael J. Fox join the band in New Jersey for a "Back to the Future" tribute. They performed two tracks Sunday - "Earth Angel" and "Johnny B. Goode" after a fan requested they play a tune from the "greatest movie of all time."

"Thank you guys. It was a blast," Fox tweeted.

This isn't the first time the band and Fox have teamed up. They performed together in 2013 for a benefit concert in New York City.
