Uptown residents should expect low water pressure, traffic delays Aug. 1

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

The New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board said some Uptown residents will experience low water pressure, and drivers may experience delays as a contractor repairs a water main.

On Monday, Aug. 1 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., homes and businesses can expect low water pressure on South Rocheblave from Cadiz to Delachaise; General Taylor from South Rocheblave to South Broad; and South Broad from General Taylor to General Pershing.

In addition, General Taylor from South Rocheblave to South Dorgenois will be closed while the work is in progress.

This work schedule could change depending on weather delays.
