BATON ROUGE, LA (WVUE) - A small portion of Interstate 10 eastbound is closed and covered with floodwater. For the latest information, click here.
The closed portion stretches from Siegen Lane to Highland Road in Baton Rouge. Traffic is being detoured at Siegen to Airline Highway, where motorists can then rejoin the interstate at Highland Road or at several other points farther down Airline Highway.
The westbound I-10 lanes remain open.
At the Tangi-St. Tammany line LA 40 closed due to flooding.
In East Feliciana Parish, LA 964 from LA 68 to U.S. 61 is closed until further notice due to flooding. LA 432 in East Feliciana Parish between LA 3255 and St. Helena Parish line will be closed until further notice due to high water. LA 955 West 1.5 miles west of LA 19 by Freeman Baptist Church is closed until furter notice.
LA 10 is closed in both directions at the Tangipahoa River bridges between U.S. 51 and LA 1058 due to flooding.
In Ascension Parish, HWY 73 is closed from Conerview Road (HWY 429) to HWY 30. HWY 73 is impassible at this time.
In Hammond, LA 445 is closed in both directions at the Chappepeela Creek bridges between LA 40 and LA 1062 due to flooding.
LA 1040 from the Tangipahoa Parish line to LA 43, Livingston Parish is closed. LA 1024 from LA 449 TO U.S. 190 in Livingston Parish is closed. LA 1036 to 1/2 miles North of LA 441 to Charles Holden Road is closed.
In Tangipahoa, LA 1249 is closed in both directions at the creek bridge between I-12 and LA 22 due to flooding.

- Foods that meet unusual dietary requirements
- Identification to show residence is in affected area and important personal documents
- Hygiene supplies and other comfort items
- Supplies needed for children and infants, such as diapers, formula and toys
- Special items for family members who are elderly or disabled
- Chargers for any electronic devices you bring with you
